Toolbox Talks
Our selection of Toolbox Talks encompasses various topics relevant to the construction sector. These concise talks typically run for about 10 minutes and can be conducted at your site by one of our knowledgeable safety advisors.
Site Safety Pack
It's essential for each site to possess a Site Safety Folder. In addition to legally required Statutory Documentation, this comprehensive folder includes model fire plans, induction forms, accident report templates, and other crucial Health & Safety information. While primarily aimed at site or project managers, many organizations also maintain a copy at their Head Office for reference. The Site Safety Folder is available for £65.00, inclusive of carriage and VAT.
Training
At H & G Construction Safety Association, our unwavering commitment is to provide top-tier health and safety training tailored to the building construction sector. We offer a comprehensive selection of courses at our Hereford training centre. Moreover, we can arrange to conduct these courses either at your location or other venues. Additional Site Visits
Our standard site visit schedule occurs monthly, which typically proves adequate for most cases. If you necessitate more frequent visits, we can accommodate this arrangement at an extra cost. For further information, don't hesitate to reach out to us for detailed inquiries.
Half Day Inspections
We can set up these visits regularly or when something interesting is happening, like lifting operations, scaffold setups, or big deliveries. During our half-day visit, we'll check out the work areas, chat with the folks on the job, and look through any necessary paperwork. If you like, we can even spruce up your Construction Phase Plans right there on the spot.
Full Day Inspections
In addition to the half-day inspection, this comprehensive option allows your advisor to delve deeper by conducting informal discussions (toolbox talks) with relevant team members as well as contacting subcontractors via calls or emails to discuss actions and advice. They will also provide support for necessary updates to traffic management plans and ensure completion of the scaffold register to assist your site management.
Office inspections
Annually, we will conduct a comprehensive Health & Safety Inspection of your Regional or Satellite offices. Following each inspection, we will provide you with a detailed inspection report, leaving a copy for your reference, just as we do with site inspections.
