Louise joined H & G in 1991, she previously worked in the Health & Safety Department of Colas Roads. Over the years she has gained experience, knowledge and training with the association on health, safety and environment gaining a NEBOSH qualification. Louise manages the day to day running of the Association and in 2022 she now assists in Site Inspections in the Herefordshire area.
Louise lives on a small holding and her passion is her dogs, cats, ducks, hens, and sheep. She is also a grandmother of 4 boys and is a member of a local walking group.

Nick joined H & G in 2007, bringing with him valuable experience in implementing Health & Safety systems across multiple industries. His practical approach to Health and Safety aims to assist members in achieving compliance and adopting best practices.
Nick enjoys spending time with his two young children, hill walks, DIY projects and food (both cooking & eating!)
Mark Bressington

Mark joined H & G in August 2023, having served in HM Forces for 12 years, and spending 22 years in the Construction Industry, working as a Carpenter and a Site Manager. He spends his spare time walking and cycling, and has an interest in the Roman History of Britain, and learning to read and translate Latin.
